Pix Planner is a productivity app for tasks, routines, reminders, and in-app progress. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Pix Planner and its related account, cloud, referral, virtual-item, and supporter services. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean the operator of Pix Planner.
By accessing or using Pix Planner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or its account services. Additional mandatory terms from Apple, Google, or another app distributor may also apply.
You must be legally permitted to use Pix Planner. If you are not old enough to enter into these Terms on your own, you must have authorization from a parent or guardian where required by applicable law. Pix Planner is not designed for children under 13. The app does not ask for a date of birth and does not independently verify a user's age.
Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pix Planner on devices you own or control. The app is licensed, not sold.
You must not use Pix Planner unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access to accounts, cloud systems, or other users' information; interfere with or disrupt the app or its services; exploit purchase, referral, reward, or virtual-economy systems through automation, fraud, or abuse; or copy, redistribute, sell, or misuse protected app software or assets. Restrictions on reverse engineering, modification, or similar activity apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the licenses of any open-source components.
You can use Pix Planner's core planning features locally without signing in. Signed-out local use does not create a Firebase anonymous account. Local information remains associated with the device rather than a Pix Planner cloud account, subject to the device platform's storage and backup behavior.
You may optionally sign in using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. Authentication is handled by the selected identity provider and Firebase Authentication. Sign-in is required for account-based services such as cloud backup and account restoration, server-authoritative wallet or inventory features, supporter purchases, and referral features when available.
You are responsible for maintaining access to and protecting the Google or Apple account used to authenticate, and for activity reasonably attributable to your Pix Planner account. Pix Planner does not receive or store your Google or Apple password and cannot recover those provider credentials. Contact the relevant provider for provider-account recovery, and notify support@pixplanner.app if you believe your Pix Planner account is being used without authorization.
When you are signed in, supported planner and progress state may be backed up and synchronized through Pix Planner's cloud services. Some account state, including the virtual wallet, inventory, supporter entitlements, purchases, and referrals, is maintained separately as account-authoritative state. Changes may upload automatically, and the app also provides supported backup and restoration controls.
When local and cloud progress differ, Pix Planner may ask you to choose which progress to use or may apply account-transition and restoration safeguards. Read those choices carefully because replacing local or cloud progress can affect the state shown on the device.
We design cloud backup to help preserve progress, but no storage or synchronization system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, lossless, or permanently available. Do not use Pix Planner as the sole archival system for information whose loss could cause serious harm.
Start Fresh signs you out and creates a fresh local Pix Planner experience on that device. It does not intentionally delete your existing Pix Planner account or replace that account's cloud backup. If you later sign in to the same account, its existing account progress can be recovered through the normal account and restore flow, subject to service availability.
Delete Account is the permanent destructive operation described below. Do not use Start Fresh when you intend to delete an account.
You may initiate deletion of a signed-in Pix Planner account through the in-app Delete Account flow. Deletion is permanent with respect to the Pix Planner account and active cloud/account data removed by that process. Account-linked progress on the device is reset, although some device-level preferences, caches, or technical state may remain.
Limited transaction, referral, security, accounting, legal, or operational records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion does not delete your Apple ID, Google account, app-store transaction history, or records controlled by Apple, Google, or other providers. Coins, Growth Points (GP), streaks, achievements, challenge progress, themes, companions, avatar items, cosmetics, supporter rewards, and other virtual progress or collectibles are features of Pix Planner. They are not legal tender, do not have cash value, are not an investment or financial account, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Unless Pix Planner expressly provides a supported transfer feature, they cannot be sold or transferred between users.
Access to a virtual item is a limited in-app entitlement to use that digital feature; it is not ownership of the underlying artwork, software, character, branding, or other intellectual property. We may correct balances, ownership, or rewards affected by bugs, duplicate grants, fraud, abuse, or technical errors, and may make reasonable prospective changes to balancing or virtual systems. We will not intentionally remove legitimate verified paid entitlements arbitrarily, and any correction remains subject to applicable law and app-store obligations.
Pix Planner may offer optional, one-time supporter purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Labels such as "tip" or "support" in the app refer to ordinary in-app purchases, not charitable donations. They do not create a charitable contribution, tax deduction, or charitable receipt.
The applicable store processes payment and presents the controlling price and currency at the time of purchase. Pix Planner does not directly receive your payment-card or bank-account credentials. Purchase availability, products, prices, and currency may differ by platform, country, account, or store configuration.
After a purchase is successfully verified, Pix Planner may grant the virtual coins, supporter tier progress, cosmetics, or other virtual rewards shown for that product. Store terms and billing rules also apply. Do not complete a purchase unless you accept the product, price, and rewards displayed by the applicable store and Pix Planner at the time of purchase.
Refunds and payment disputes are generally handled under the policies and systems of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable. These Terms do not remove any refund or consumer right that applicable law or store policy provides. Deleting a Pix Planner account does not itself request or issue a refund.
If Pix Planner receives reliable notice of a refund, revocation, chargeback, duplicate transaction, or invalid purchase, associated virtual rewards or account state may be corrected where technically supported, reasonably necessary, and permitted by law. Pix Planner does not promise that every later store reversal will be detected or adjusted automatically.
Apple or Google may redeliver a previous transaction. When supported, Pix Planner may verify that transaction and recover an already-recorded supporter entitlement or incomplete reward application. This is not a guarantee that every consumable purchase or previously spent coin balance can be restored, and availability depends on the store, platform, account, and transaction history.
Pix Planner may make referral codes and rewards available from time to time. Any referral offer is subject to the eligibility, timing, limits, and reward terms shown when the feature is available. Referral features or reward granting may be disabled, changed, or discontinued prospectively.
Fraudulent, automated, duplicate, self-referral, or abusive claims may be rejected, and rewards affected by fraud, duplication, or technical error may be corrected. We will not arbitrarily remove a validly earned referral reward, subject to applicable law and reasonable fraud or error correction.
You retain your rights in content you create, such as task titles, categories, side-quest notes, and optional supporter messages. You give the operator of Pix Planner a limited permission to store, process, transmit, back up, restore, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and provide the features you choose.
You are responsible for the content you enter or submit and must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or intended to compromise the service. Supporter messages are not represented as public posts; do not include passwords, payment-card information, authentication tokens, or other secrets or highly sensitive information.
Pix Planner is a productivity and routine-support tool. Tasks, routines, hydration tracking, reminders, and related features are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, emergency assistance, or clinically personalized advice. Pix Planner is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or for emergency services.
Pix Planner's software, original artwork, visual design, text, branding, icons, characters, collectibles, and other proprietary material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party and open-source software or materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Pix Planner intellectual property to you, and Pix Planner does not claim ownership of your user-created planner content.
Pix Planner relies on services provided by Apple, Google, Firebase, Google Cloud, the Apple App Store, and Google Play. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms, policies, account rules, availability, and technical limits. Those providers may change their services or requirements independently.
If you obtained Pix Planner through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license agreement has been configured in App Store Connect. These Terms govern Pix Planner's app and related services and do not claim to replace mandatory Apple terms. On Google Play, supported digital in-app purchases are processed through Google Play's billing system.
Pix Planner and its account, cloud, virtual-economy, referral, and supporter features may change over time and may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, store or provider changes, security events, or other technical reasons. We may modify or discontinue features prospectively, but will not use this section to avoid mandatory consumer rights or applicable obligations concerning verified paid entitlements.
We may proportionately restrict account or cloud functionality where reasonably necessary to address a serious violation of these Terms, fraud, security abuse, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to contact support. This does not create an unlimited right to confiscate legitimate verified paid purchases.
You may stop using Pix Planner at any time. Uninstalling the app is not the same as deleting a signed-in account. Use the Delete Account process if you want to request permanent deletion of your Pix Planner account and active cloud/account data.
Pix Planner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Pix Planner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the app or its services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including any mandatory liability for intentional misconduct or other protected categories under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by contract. These Terms are subject to the mandatory laws and courts that apply to you and the operator. No separate choice of governing law or venue, mandatory arbitration requirement, or class-action waiver is established in these Terms.
The Pix Planner Privacy Policy describes how Pix Planner handles information, including account, cloud, purchase, referral, support, retention, and deletion information.
We may update these Terms when Pix Planner's features, service relationships, or legal obligations change. We will update the "Last updated" date, and may provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required. Your agreement to an update will be handled as required by applicable law; these Terms do not remove any right to notice or consent that cannot lawfully be waived.
